Terms of service

If you order an item which is showing as in stock and we don't have it we will notify you within 24 hours and you can cancel the order if you wish.

If you purchase an item from us based on information we gave you and it was incorrect we will refund you in full - including shipping costs , return shipping will be our expense.

Spare parts and special order items are not returnable unless our advice was incorrect or it was faulty on receipt.

EU Customers – Additional Terms

Pricing and Taxes All prices displayed on our store are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless your local currency is shown at checkout. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. EU customers may be subject to import duties and local VAT upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not currently VAT-registered in the EU; orders are shipped from Australia and may be assessed for customs charges by your local authority.

Contract Formation When you place an order with Photo & Video Accessories Pty Ltd, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order prior to confirmation.

Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times to EU destinations are 5–8 business days (standard) or 3–5 business days (express) from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing times outside our control.

Your Right to Cancel EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Dispute Resolution In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, you may submit a complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings but will make every effort to resolve disputes directly.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer under applicable EU law.
