Duties and Taxes

Customers outside of Australia are responsible for all duties and taxes due on arrival of the goods into their country.

For goods delivered within Australia the price includes applicable GST.

Stock and Shipping Time

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and must not be relied on for time-critical deliveries. International delivery estimates do not include customs clearance time.

We ship every business day - generally very early. Around 95% of orders ship from stock - the stock availability is displayed with each item and is generally very accurate - however we are human and occaissonally we might make a mistake. If something marked as "in stock" turns out to be unavailable we will notify you and you have the option to cancel the order.

ACT and Sydney - 2-3 business days

Rest of NSW 2-4 business days

VIC/TAS 2-4 business days

SA 3-5 business days

QLD 2-5 business days

WA/NT 5-8 business days
