Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us - incorrect product shipped or faulty product will be replaced. In addition, we understand it can be difficult to picture an item from images on the web so we have a 30 day money back policy on most stock items if you find it is not what you were after when it arrives - this applies to all Manfrotto, Gitzo, Domke, Zing and Acratech equipment as well as most other items excluding filters, consumables and software.

EU Customers – Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping cost within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to place your order.

Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
• Goods that have been clearly personalised or custom-made to your specifications
