The Kata CRC-18 (RC-18) Compact Rain Cover provides protection against dirt, dust and sudden showers. The RC-18 is made for Mini DV and Digital-8 camcorders and provides a quick easy set-up with pull tight elastic cords to hold the Rain Cover in place. The cover is made from weatherproof polypropylene fabric and has an internal strap to adjust the Rain Cover length.

A clear vinyl window opens out and enables you to work with the LCD Monitor open and a clear vinyl window to view the control buttons. A flexible sleeve protects the viewfinder. A lens hood protects the lens and a clear plastic disc balances on the edge of the lens to keep the hood out of the frame. Roomy bottom opening provides easy access and allows hands to move comfortably under the Rain Cover.
