Title: Exceptional serviceI received exceptional assistance with a problem I reported via email. I was very upset when I discovered that the filter I had ordered for my new lens appeared to be faulty in that a wire was sticking out from its thread. I emailed sales at 10PM and received a response within 5 minutes advising me how to fix the problem and that it was a spring that had popped out and just needed to be pushed into place. I was able to fix it and I was very relieved that I did not have to worry about it for more than 5 minutes.
I have purchased numerous products (mostly filters) from Greg Smith's using the excellent online ordering system and have always received prompt and very courteous responses to all my enquiries and orders.
