An excellent site for all photographic and associated purchases, recently needing some accessories we did numerous searches of retail Camera Outlets in our area (Sunshine Coast and Brisbane), including the big Franchise stores and there was nowhere that could match the prices of this site with products of the same quality, the price of Manfrotto parts was vastly cheaper than that locally available. I came to know of Greg Smith's Photo and Video website through the Domke distributors Tiffen USA. I was after a particular Domke strap and I looked at the accessories section under Domke and found the item very quickly. I phone the company 1800 number and was greeted by Greg who was very courteous and knowledgable. I placed the order with Greg for the 745-1TN Domke strap and he sent me a Paypal invoice for the amount including Express post. I paid the invoice immediately and Greg mentioned that he would be able to dispatch the item that evening and that I should have it the following day and I did!
All I can say is that Greg offers excellent advice and service and was all willing to help me obtain quickly the item I needed.

I ordered a Raynox 2025 pro 2.2x Telelens for my Panasonic DMZ-FZ35 camera. I spoke to Greg and I wanted delivery before 18 Dec 2009. Greg knew exactly what I was looking for and ordered an extra adaptor and ring for my camera, which would accomodate the telelens. I received exceptional assistance with a problem I reported via email. I was very upset when I discovered that the filter I had ordered for my new lens appeared to be faulty in that a wire was sticking out from its thread. I emailed sales at 10PM and received a response within 5 minutes advising me how to fix the problem and that it was a spring that had popped out and just needed to be pushed into place. I was able to fix it and I was very relieved that I did not have to worry about it for more than 5 minutes.
